You didn’t start your business to struggle, but without planning and being strategic, that is where you are going to end up.
You started your business to create a success.
If you ever want to get ahead in your business, and of course you do or you wouldn’t have started your business to begin with, then you need to spend some time every week, and every day is best, working strategically on your business to move it forward, instead of always being in survival mode in your business.
If you are always fighting fires and just scraping by, then you will always be in that mode in your business.
That is something you must do if you ever want to take your business beyond always being in survival mode.
If on the other hand you can carve out just 30 or 60 minutes per day and start working strategically on your business instead, then you will be moving forward.
Eventually that 30 minutes will turn int an hour and then 2, 3, 4 and before you know it, you will be spending a majority of your time working strategically on your business and the minority of your time in survival mode.
You will have reversed the time you were spending in survival vs. strategically.
You will now have the business that you planned to create from day one when you first had the idea of starting a business.
